  5. A system designed to be freestanding or integrated with the Payroll and A/R
  6. modules.  The system will search the automated "book" for staff requirements
  7. based on job classifications, shifts, and physical areas; then search for
  8. available employees and automatically generate the schedules.  The system will
  9. allow you to override and make changes at will.  A master schedule and/or
  10. individual schedules can be produced.  User-defined time periods can be
  11. scheduled for your entire staff or for individual employees.  The Staff
  12. Scheduling module can even take a look at your current census and recommend
  13. staffing - based upon your budgeted information or utilizing the BQC minimums.
  14. The scheduling system will verify census and build what is actually required
  15. for proper scheduling.  The system tracks all changes in scheduling to allow
  16. the user to print scheduled versus actual reports as well as the statistical
  17. reports comparing actual hours versus budgeted hours.
